Solution We Provided
We customized a 360° rotatable pillar jib crane scheme according to workshop workstation size and workpiece weight. Optimized jib length and column base are fixed on ground foundation. Pneumatic balancer is matched to realize gravity-free floating handling of workpieces. We planned pipeline layout and reserved safe operation space. On-site installation, commissioning and operator training were completed, together with safety warning signs to meet safety specifications and realize efficient fixed-point hoisting.
