Introduction
The mobile jib crane adopts a mobile base structure, equipped with high-strength universal casters (with brakes) or traction traveling wheels at the bottom, requiring no embedded foundation; it can be pushed to the work point on flat ground and perform lifting after brake fixation. The column adopts seamless steel pipe, and the jib arm adopts section steel welding, with compact structure and good rigidity; the jib arm can rotate 360° manually or electrically, matched with a chain electric hoist to achieve load lifting. The product is equipped with safety devices such as overload protection, upper/lower limit and rotation limit, with simple operation and flexible movement; it can replace fixed cranes to complete multi-point, small-batch lifting tasks, especially suitable for workshop equipment assembly, warehouse loading/unloading, machine tool loading/unloading and maintenance, serving as an ideal light-duty lifting device for flexible production in modern factories.
