Introduction
The fixed lifting platform consists of a lifting platform, scissor arm group, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pump station, chassis and electrical control system. The scissor arms are made of high-strength manganese steel rectangular tubes, hinged via pins to form a cross-folding structure; hydraulic cylinders drive the scissor arms to expand or retract, achieving stable vertical platform lifting. The product adopts pit installation; when the platform is lowered to the minimum, it is flush with the ground, facilitating direct entry of forklifts, trolleys and cargo; ground installation without pit can also be adopted according to needs. During lifting, the scissor arms provide cross support with stable structure and good rigidity, no sway under full load. Equipped with multiple hydraulic protections such as explosion-proof valve, relief valve, emergency lowering valve and hydraulic lock, as well as safety devices such as upper/lower limits, anti-pinch protection and platform guardrails. Platform size, lifting height and load capacity can all be customized, can carry pallets, forklifts, large equipment and other heavy objects; special table tops such as rollers, balls and flipping can also be customized according to production line needs. The fixed lifting platform is especially suitable for production line cargo lifting, warehouse inter-floor cargo transfer, automobile lifting, large equipment installation and maintenance, loading/unloading platforms, with large load capacity, good stability and easy maintenance, serving as the most widely used fixed lifting equipment in modern industrial and logistics fields.

Multiple protection for safety and reliability: Equipped with explosion-proof valve, relief valve, hydraulic lock, emergency lowering valve, upper/lower limits, ultimate limit, anti-pinch protection, platform guardrail and overload protection and other multiple safety devices; automatically locks the platform when oil pipe bursts, manual emergency lowering available during power failure, comprehensively ensuring cargo and operator safety.
