Introduction
Floor-mounted jib cranes consist of a column assembly, slewing device, jib assembly, and chain/wire rope electric hoist. The column is welded from Q235/Q355 steel; the jib features a hollow steel structure with light weight and large span. The slewing mechanism uses a cycloid reducer for manual or electric rotation. Controlled via pendant or remote for hoisting, lowering, slewing, and trolley travel, it is especially suitable for machine tool loading/unloading, assembly line handling, and warehouse loading/unloading at individual workstations.

Our Advantage
The column is floor-mounted without requiring overhead structural support, with a minimum installation space of only 1.5m×1.5m, suitable for compact workshop corners and narrow areas beside machine tools, without occupying productive floor space.
The jib achieves 360° full rotation, covering a cylindrical work area with a radius of 2-10m. A single unit can serve multiple adjacent workstations, eliminating the long travel paths and slow positioning of conventional overhead cranes.
Controlled via pendant buttons or remote control for fast/slow hoisting, fast/slow lowering, left/right slewing, and trolley travel. Ordinary workers can operate after brief training, without requiring certified crane operators.
Anchored to concrete foundations with anchor bolts or chemical bolts, requiring no complex civil works or large installation equipment. Short installation cycle with manufacturing and installation costs far lower than bridge cranes, offering excellent value.
Simple structure with few components; the hollow steel jib is economical and durable. The built-in travel mechanism has low friction, requiring only bearing lubrication and wire rope inspection for routine maintenance, resulting in low maintenance costs and long service life.
