Introduction
The vehicle-mounted lifting platform consists of a lifting platform, scissor arm group, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pump station, rotating base and vehicle chassis. The scissor arms are made of high-strength manganese steel rectangular tubes, hinged via pins to form a cross-folding structure; hydraulic cylinders drive the scissor arms to expand or retract, achieving stable vertical platform lifting. The whole is installed on the vehicle chassis, can travel with the vehicle to any work point, no additional transportation and lifting required; some models are equipped with a rotating base, the platform can rotate 360°, expanding the operation coverage; safety guardrails and anti-slip table top are set around the platform, ensuring safety of high-altitude operators. The product adopts vehicle battery or independent gasoline engine/motor to drive the hydraulic pump station, no external power required for outdoor operation; equipped with outriggers, extending outriggers during lifting to enhance stability and ensure the whole vehicle does not overturn. Operation method can choose ground control box or on-platform control box, lifting, rotation and outriggers can all be operated with one button.
