Introduction
The wall-traveling jib crane consists of a traveling end beam, column, jib arm, chain electric hoist and wall rail. The traveling end beam moves along the horizontal rail on the wall via wheels, the column travels synchronously with the end beam, the jib arm can rotate 180°~360° around the column, and the electric hoist moves horizontally along the jib arm; the three cooperate to achieve load handling in three-dimensional space. The product adopts wall-mounted rail installation, not occupying floor space and not affecting ground personnel and equipment passage; the traveling mechanism is equipped with a three-in-one reduction motor for smooth operation and precise positioning; jib rotation can be manual or electric, with flexible operation. The wall-traveling jib crane is especially suitable for long workshops, both sides of assembly lines, warehouse side walls and other occasions requiring long-distance multi-point lifting along the wall; multiple units can operate in parallel on the same rail without interfering with each other, serving as an ideal light-duty lifting device to replace bridge cranes and improve workshop space utilization.

Wall traveling with wide coverage: The traveling end beam moves horizontally along the wall rail. The travel length is customizable from 10 to 100 m. Combined with jib rotation and hoist traversing, a single unit can cover the whole side wall area of a long workshop. Its working range is much larger than that of fixed jib cranes.
Wall-mounted installation saves floor space: The rail is installed on wall columns, and the whole machine operates in suspension, not occupying floor space and not affecting ground personnel passage, equipment placement and logistics transportation, especially suitable for modern workshops with tight floor space and dense equipment.
Flexible jib rotation operation: The jib arm can rotate 180°~360° around the support. Manual rotation is light and flexible, while electric rotation runs smoothly and controllably. Combined with hoist travelling along the jib, it can accurately reach any position within the working area, satisfying lifting requirements of various workstations and angles.
Multiple units work in coordination on the same rail: Multiple wall-traveling jib cranes can be installed on the same wall rail. Each crane can travel, rotate and lift independently without mutual interference. They can serve multiple workstations at the same time or work together to lift long workpieces, featuring high operating efficiency and great flexibility.
Easy installation and renovation: The rail is fixed to wall columns via brackets, no need to change workshop structure, convenient for new installation; during old workshop renovation, it can be directly added without affecting existing production; during equipment relocation, it can be disassembled and reinstalled with high reuse rate and fast return on investment.
