Introduction
The cross limit switch consists of two sets of mutually perpendicular transmission gears, cam groups, micro-switches and housing, installed at the crane bridge or trolley drive shaft end, rotating synchronously with the traveling mechanism. Each cam group corresponds to one direction, with separately settable deceleration and stop points, achieving independent four-direction travel control. The product adopts a fully sealed cast aluminum housing with protection grade IP65; internal gears are quenched for wear resistance and durability. Cam angles are quickly adjusted via dials or screws without special tools. Integrating two-direction travel limits into one unit, it saves installation space and wiring compared with two independent limit switches, widely used in travel protection of various bridge cranes, gantry cranes and electric hoist traveling trolleys.
