Introduction
The LD type electric single girder crane consists of a main girder, end carriages, electric hoist, travel mechanism, and electrical system, working with CD1/MD1 wire rope hoists or chain hoists. The main girder uses I-beam or box construction; the travel mechanism adopts separately driven conical-rotor motors for driving and braking, reducing wheel flange wear and preventing derailing. Equipped with overload limiter, height limit, safety stops, and audible-visual alarms, with motors ≥IP55 and control box ≥IP54, the crane is compact, easy to operate and maintain, and widely used indoors in plants, warehouses, and stockyards.
