Introduction
The end carriage consists of the frame and wheel sets. The frame is a welded box structure of top, web, and bottom plates with reinforcing ribs; two sections are joined by connection plates and high-strength bolts to flexibly fit the main girder. It integrates the drive motor, gearbox, wheels, buffers, and photo-electric limit device for traveling and braking along the rails, making it key to smooth running, load capacity, and service life.
Our Advantage
Welded box structure with reinforcing ribs offers high torsional rigidity and wheel pressure resistance, meeting heavy-duty travel requirements of various tonnages.
Individual drive and precision-machined axle bores ensure high wheel synchronization, smooth travel, and no rail-gnawing.
Customizable by span, wheel base, and gauge, it quickly connects to single or double girder via bolts or welding, fitting various workshop layouts.
Forged carbon steel wheels with heat-treated hardened treads are wear-resistant, with sealed heavy-duty bearings to reduce maintenance and extend life.
Built-in photo-electric limit replaces mechanical limit switches with adjustable, calibration-free sensing; together with buffers it delivers precise limiting and soft braking for safety.
