Introduction
The system consists of a monitoring host (with display), load/moment, height, radius, slew, wind speed, and inclination sensors, plus an audible-visual alarm. It displays crane operating parameters in real time and automatically alarms and cuts off the control circuit on over-limit. The built-in “black box” records continuous operating data at intervals of no more than 1 second, covering over 6 months for accident tracing and inspection. With RS485, Ethernet, or 4G interfaces, it can be upgraded to a remote monitoring platform (RCMS) for networked multi-crane supervision.
