Introduction
The TZJ rail clamp consists of a mechanical brake unit (springs, beam, links, clamps) and a hydraulic station. During normal operation, hydraulics open the clamps for free travel; on release, springs automatically clamp the rail to brake. The floating clamp structure offers ±30mm horizontal and vertical compensation for good centering. A limit switch interlocks with the travel mechanism, and the station’s motor, solenoid valve, and manual pump allow manual release on power loss. The main unit can be separated from the hydraulics or top-mounted to save space and ease installation.
Our Advantage
Normally-closed, spring-applied; auto clamps on power/hydraulic failure, preventing wind-driven runaway.
Floating clamps with ±30mm horizontal/vertical compensation self-center for even, reliable gripping.
Limit-switch interlock with travel mechanism prevents crane movement unless properly clamped/released.
Manual pump enables clamp opening on power loss, convenient for maintenance and emergencies.
Wear-resistant steel jaws and compact design; detachable hydraulics save space and suit harsh outdoor use.
