Introduction
The pneumatic hoist mainly consists of air distribution, power, reduction, and hoisting systems. Compressed air drives the air motor; the planetary reducer multiplies torque to rotate the chain wheel and load chain for lifting. Stepless speed control via the main control valve enables positioning accurate to the centimeter. With cast-iron or aluminum housing and good sealing, it withstands moisture, dust, high temperature, and corrosive gases, operating stably where electric hoists cannot. Producing no sparks, it is the ideal lifting device for chemical plants, mines, shipyards, and other explosion-proof applications.
Our Advantage
Pure pneumatic drive with no motor or sparks suits flammable, explosive, and dusty environments at high safety levels.
Stepless lever control gives smooth lifting and centimeter-level positioning for precise rigging.
Lifting speed about 3× electric hoists and 5-10× manual hoists for high work efficiency.
Well-sealed against moisture, dust, heat, and corrosive gases for stable operation in harsh conditions.
Passes 400-hour continuous fatigue testing; maintenance frequency under 1/10 of electric hoists for long life.
