Introduction
The explosion-proof double-girder hook block consists of explosion-proof hook, pulley set, pulley shaft, crossbeam, explosion-proof bearings, explosion-proof housing and anti-fall device, specially designed for flammable and explosive dangerous environments. The hook is forged from high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel, with surface specially treated to prevent friction sparks; pulleys are made of copper alloy or anti-static material, preventing friction between pulleys and wire rope from generating sparks; crossbeam adopts high-strength alloy steel, with strong load capacity; all electrical components (such as electric rotation, limit switches, etc.) adopt explosion-proof type, with explosion-proof grade ExdIIBT4~ExdIICT4, suitable for Zone 1, Zone 2 explosive gas environments and Zone 20, Zone 21, Zone 22 explosive dust environments. During operation, the wire rope passes through the pulley set, transmitting the lifting force to the hook through the reeving mechanism to achieve heavy object lifting; the double-girder hook block is connected to the explosion-proof crane trolley frame through the crossbeam, suitable for explosion-proof lifting equipment such as explosion-proof double-girder bridge cranes and explosion-proof double-girder gantry cranes. The hook is equipped with an anti-fall pawl to prevent accidental unhooking of slings; pulleys are equipped with anti-rope-off baffles to prevent wire rope 脱槽；all rotating parts adopt explosion-proof bearings and anti-static grease, preventing friction from generating static electricity and sparks.
