Introduction
The freight container spreader consists of spreader body, end beams, twist-lock mechanism, guide device, hydraulic system (hydraulic type) and lifting lugs. The spreader body is welded from high-strength low-alloy steel plates into a box-type structure, annealed to eliminate internal stress, with good rigidity, strong load capacity and small deformation. During operation, the spreader descends to the top of the container, the guide device guides the spreader to align with the four corners of the container, the twist-lock mechanism inserts into the corner fitting holes of the container and rotates 90° to lock, then the container can be lifted; after lifting to the destination, the twist-lock rotates 90° in reverse to unlock, then the container can be unloaded. Fixed spreaders are compatible with a single container specification, with simple structure and low cost; telescopic spreaders adjust length through hydraulic or mechanical telescoping, compatible with 20ft, 40ft, 45ft and other container specifications, with strong versatility; hydraulic spreaders are equipped with a hydraulic pump station, twist-lock, telescoping and guiding are all hydraulically driven, with stable action and high automation. The spreader is equipped with safety functions such as twist-lock position indication, safety interlock and anti-fall device, ensuring lifting safety. The freight container spreader can be used with bridge cranes, gantry cranes, quay container cranes, rail-mounted gantry cranes, reach stackers, etc., serving as a dedicated and efficient sling for container loading/unloading and transfer at ports, terminals, freight yards, railway stations and logistics centers.

Telescopic spreaders adjust spreader length through hydraulic or mechanical telescoping, compatible with 20ft, 40ft, 45ft and other standard containers, one spreader replaces multiple fixed spreaders, reducing spreader replacement time and storage space; telescopic positioning is precise and locking is reliable, especially suitable for comprehensive ports, logistics centers and railway stations with diverse container specifications.
The four corners of the spreader are equipped with guide cones or guide plates, which automatically guide the spreader to align with the four corners of the container during descent, enabling quick alignment even if the container is placed with deviation, no manual auxiliary alignment needed; the guide device adopts wear-resistant alloy steel, durable, greatly reducing operator labor intensity and improving container lifting alignment efficiency and safety.
