Introduction
The hydraulic buffer uses oil as the working medium. On impact, the piston compresses oil through throttle orifices, converting kinetic energy into heat and absorbing it smoothly with uniform force and minimal rebound. With large energy capacity, it is ideal for high-speed, heavy-load impacts. It has no special environmental requirements, works reliably across temperatures, and comes in high-frequency (HYGD, ≤1 collision/min) and low-frequency (HYDD, ≤10 collisions/day) types—the preferred safety buffer for heavy cranes and port equipment.
Our Advantage
Max. 930kJ per stroke far exceeds polyurethane and spring buffers, suiting high-speed heavy impacts.
Throttle damping delivers uniform, constant force without rebound, braking smoothly to protect equipment and load.
No rubber aging issues, 3-year service life, reliable structure, minimal maintenance, low total cost.
Operates from -20℃ to +60℃ with no special environmental needs, fitting outdoor, port, and metallurgical conditions.
Fully sealed oil structure produces no sparks for explosion safety, with predictable braking for safe operation.
