Introduction
The electric hoist hook is integrally forged from high-quality carbon structural steel or alloy structural steel, normalized and tempered to eliminate internal stress, offering high strength and good toughness. Pulleys are made of cast iron or cast steel with rolling bearings for flexible rotation and durability. A thrust bearing between crossbeam and frame enables free hook rotation, preventing wire rope kinking during lifting. Standard spring-loaded safety latch effectively prevents accidental sling detachment, serving as a critical safety component in lifting operations.
