Introduction
The LED power indicator for conductor rail consists of a step-down rectifier circuit, current-limiting resistors, three-color LED beads and sealed housing, connected in parallel to the conductor rail A/B/C three-phase power supply. During normal power supply, red, yellow and green LEDs light up simultaneously, visually indicating all three phases are normal; when any phase loses power, is undervoltage or has poor contact, the corresponding color LED extinguishes or dims, allowing operators to quickly identify the faulty phase. The product adopts high-brightness LED light source with service life up to 50,000 hours, power consumption only 1/10 of traditional incandescent indicators; the housing adopts ABS engineering plastic or cast aluminum material with fully sealed design, dust-proof, moisture-proof and impact-resistant. Flexible installation methods: can be directly clipped onto the conductor rail housing, fixed to the crane end beam or inside the electrical cabinet, with simple wiring, serving as an essential device for conductor rail system live status monitoring and safety warning.
