Introduction
The insulated hook uses high-strength insulating material (epoxy fiberglass laminate or polyimide) as the intermediate insulation layer, completely electrically isolating the hook crossbeam from the pulley frame, while insulating sleeves and washers are installed at metal connectors such as pins and bolts to achieve full-path insulation protection. The hook body is still forged from quality alloy steel with high strength and toughness after heat treatment, without affecting load capacity. Tested via power-frequency withstand voltage test with stable and reliable insulation performance, it can be used long-term in humid and corrosive environments, serving as an essential safety load attachment for live or induced-electric sites such as power maintenance, aluminum electrolysis workshops and electroplating lines.
