Introduction
The metallurgical hook block consists of hook, pulley set, pulley shaft, crossbeam, bearings, heat insulation protection device and anti-fall device, specially designed for metallurgical high-temperature environments. The hook is integrally forged from high-quality alloy steel, special heat treatment, high-temperature resistant, high strength and good toughness; pulleys are made of cast steel, with machined rope grooves, wear-resistant and durable; crossbeam adopts high-strength alloy steel, with strong load capacity. The heat insulation protection device includes heat insulation plates, heat radiation baffles, high-temperature resistant protective covers, etc., effectively blocking high-temperature radiant heat from steel ladles and iron ladles, protecting pulleys, bearings, wire ropes and other components from high temperature, extending service life. During operation, the wire rope passes through the pulley set, transmitting the lifting force to the hook through the reeving mechanism to achieve lifting of high-temperature heavy objects such as steel ladles, iron ladles and steel ingots; the metallurgical hook block is connected to the metallurgical crane trolley frame through the crossbeam, suitable for metallurgical special lifting equipment such as casting cranes, charging cranes, stripping cranes and steel ladle cranes. The hook is equipped with an anti-fall pawl to prevent accidental unhooking of slings; pulleys are equipped with anti-rope-off baffles to prevent wire rope ; some models are equipped with a hook rotation device to facilitate steel ladle flipping and pouring. The metallurgical hook block safety factor ≥5 times, higher than general-purpose hook blocks, ensuring lifting safety in metallurgical heavy-load high-temperature environments, widely used in converter/electric furnace charging in steel mills, steel ladle lifting, iron ladle lifting in foundries, steel ingot lifting in rolling mills, serving as the core lifting device for high-temperature heavy object lifting in the metallurgical industry.

Specially designed for metallurgical cranes, the crossbeam is rigidly connected to the metallurgical crane trolley frame with uniform force and strong load capacity; pulley set reeving ratio 4~12, can amplify lifting force by 4~12 times, adapting to 10t~320t large-tonnage high-temperature heavy object lifting; pulleys are made of cast steel, with precision-machined rope grooves, good fit with wire rope, stable operation, wear-resistant and durable, suitable for metallurgical 24-hour continuous heavy-load operation.
