Introduction
The multi-function travel limit switch consists of a transmission mechanism, cam group, micro-switches and housing, installed at the hoisting drum shaft end or traveling mechanism drive shaft, rotating synchronously with the mechanism. Cam angles can be flexibly adjusted via screws or dials; each cam corresponds to one micro-switch, allowing separate setting of upper limit, upper deceleration, lower deceleration, lower limit and over-travel protection points. The product adopts a fully sealed cast aluminum housing with protection grade IP65; internal gears are quenched for wear resistance and durability. Some models integrate a rotary encoder, simultaneously outputting height pulse signals to achieve both limit and metering functions. Widely used in hoisting and traveling mechanism stroke protection of electric hoists, bridge cranes and gantry cranes, serving as one of the essential safety devices for lifting machinery.

Cast aluminum housing with fully sealed design and protection grade IP65, dust-proof, moisture-proof and oil-proof; internal components completely isolated from the outside, maintaining stable operation even in dusty and humid harsh environments such as metallurgy, foundry and ports.
