Introduction
The multi-purpose combined audible-visual-megaphone alarm consists of an LED warning light, buzzer, power amplifier, horn, microphone interface and control circuit, integrally installed on the crane end beam or top of the cab. During normal operation, LED strobe + buzzer alarm reminds ground personnel to evacuate; when command is needed, the operator speaks in real-time via an external microphone, and the sound is amplified by the power amplifier and broadcast through the horn, covering 20~200m; the device can also pre-record voice prompts such as “Crane starting, please note” and “Working, do not approach”, playing automatically in loop or on trigger. The product adopts a high-power horn and high-sensitivity microphone, with clear voice and strong penetration; the housing adopts cast aluminum or steel plate welding with protection grade IP65. Some models support Bluetooth/wireless microphone, MP3 voice input and multi-channel switching, serving as an integrated solution for safety warning and on-site communication in large lifting occasions.
