Introduction
The steel plate lifting clamp consists of clamp body, clamp tongue (jaw), pin, lifting ring and locking device. The clamp body is integrally forged or welded from high-strength alloy steel, with high strength, good toughness and wear resistance after heat treatment. During operation, align the clamp opening with the steel plate edge, use the lifting ring lifting force to drive the clamp tongue to press the steel plate surface through the lever mechanism, relying on clamping force and friction to achieve steel plate lifting; the greater the load, the stronger the clamping force amplified by the lever, forming self-locking to ensure no loosening during lifting. Horizontal lifting type is used for horizontal steel plate lifting (plate plane horizontal), usually used in combination with multiple clamps; vertical lifting type is used for vertical steel plate lifting (plate elevation vertical), can be used with a single clamp; flipping type can achieve 90° steel plate flipping. The product is equipped with a safety locking device, which can lock the opening when unloaded for easy loading and unloading; the clamp tongue contact surface is specially treated, ensuring sufficient friction without scratching the steel plate surface. The steel plate lifting clamp is widely used in steel mills, shipyards, steel structure plants, machining plants, warehousing and logistics, serving as an ideal special sling for lifting steel plates, plate stacks, profiles and flat plate components.

Clamping thickness covers 0~200mm, can clamp thin steel plates, thick steel plates, plate stacks and profiles; horizontal lifting, vertical lifting, flipping and other types optional, can be flexibly selected according to steel plate size, weight and lifting method, adapting to different industry needs such as steel, shipbuilding and machining.
Clamp body is integrally forged or welded from high-strength alloy steel, normalized and tempered, with high tensile strength, good toughness and impact resistance; clamp tongue contact surface is high-frequency quenched, with high hardness and wear resistance, normal service life over 5 years, low maintenance cost.
Clamp tongue contact surface is specially patterned or padded, ensuring sufficient friction to prevent slipping while avoiding direct scratching of the steel plate surface by clamp teeth; clamping force is evenly distributed without causing local deformation of the steel plate, especially suitable for lifting stainless steel plates, galvanized sheets and precision-machined plates with high surface quality requirements.
